Return window
Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns receive an exchange or a credit note.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging (new condition).
- Defective items qualify for return.
- A valid receipt is required to process any return or exchange.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened wallflowers, deodorant sticks, room sprays, lit candles, and used body products.

Devices
Malfunctioning devices are serviced under our device policy, with repair taking up to 14 working days.
Shipping & pickup
Within Nairobi, we arrange rider pickup. Outside Nairobi, shipping costs are shared between the customer and Treasured Scents. Damage caused by our rider is replaced by us; third-party courier liability rests with the courier.
