How to Return an Item

Exchange or Credit Note

We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns are exchanged or issued a credit note.

Condition & Packaging

Items must be unused and in original packaging (new condition). Defective items are eligible.

Devices take up to 14 working days to repair if malfunctioning and under our device policy.

Exchange Information

Within Nairobi

We will send our rider for pick-up.

Outside Nairobi

Return shipping costs are shared between the customer and us.

Damaged/Wrong Products

If damages occur via our rider, we will exchange. For third-party couriers, liability rests with the courier (we support claims).
