Our products are sourced directly from renowned Brands such as Bath & Body Works, D'vine and Lattafa.

We reserve the right to modify product lines or pricing at any time.

Treasured Scents sells products through:

• Instagram (@treasured_scents)

• WhatsApp Business (chat-based orders)

• Official Website (www.treasuredscents.co.ke)

Orders made through social platforms will be confirmed with a secure checkout link or mobile money payment instructions.

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept:

• M-Pesa and other mobile money solutions

• Bank transfers

• Debit/Credit card payments (on supported platforms)

Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

Delivery is offered via trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time and cost will be shared at the point of checkout or confirmation via WhatsApp/IG DM or our website.

Returns should be initiated within 48 hours of purchase for unopened, unused products.

Return shipping costs may apply.

We do not accept returns for items marked 'on sale'.
